The terms that govern enrolment, curriculum, fees, payments, online classes and your use of the Zunno Bridge website and services. Please read carefully before enrolling.
📅 Last updated: 29 July 2026By visiting zunnobridge.com, enrolling a student, or making a payment to Zunno Bridge, you (as a parent/guardian, or as an adult student) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Child Safety Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not enrol or use our services.
Zunno Bridge is an after-school tuition brand for Grades 1–12, delivered at neighbourhood centres in Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam and online. Zunno Bridge operates as a subsidiary brand of ODW Inc.® (www.OurDesignsWork.com), the corporate entity that owns and operates this platform, and which is the contracting party for all fees paid to Zunno Bridge.
References to "Zunno Bridge", "we", "us" or "our" throughout these terms mean ODW Inc.® operating under the Zunno Bridge brand, unless the context requires otherwise.
All academic content delivered through Zunno Bridge — lesson plans, worksheets, practice tests and the interactive learning games available on this site — is curated by the independent subject-matter-expert (SME) panel of Alphabet Factory Inc.®, and is vetted by a combination of industry experts, academicians and subject specialists before release.
Our curriculum is designed to track the norms and framework published by the NCERT (National Council of Educational Research and Training), and we follow NCERT guidance as closely as our review cycle allows.
Education boards periodically revise syllabi, textbooks and marking schemes. While our SME panel monitors these updates, an occasional gap between an official change and our material is possible. If you notice content that is out of step with the latest NCERT update, please tell us — through your centre, WhatsApp, or our contact page — and we will review and incorporate the correction in our next content release.
Content is provided to supplement, not replace, a student's school curriculum and textbooks, and is offered on an "as reviewed" basis without a guarantee that it is free of every possible error or omission.
Current fees for each grade, subject and mode (centre or online) are published on our Fees page and are billed monthly in advance, with no registration or material charge and no long-term lock-in. You may discontinue at the end of any billing month by informing us in advance, as described on the Fees page.
The first week offered to a new family is genuinely free and does not require payment details to be shared in advance. Beyond the free week, fees are due as per the billing cycle communicated at enrolment; continued access to classes is conditional on fees being current.
All payments to Zunno Bridge are collected through a licensed payment aggregator. Depending on the payment method chosen, your transaction may be processed through Cashfree or HDFC Bank, or through Omniware or Federal Bank. By making a payment, you also agree to the applicable terms of the relevant gateway and bank partner used to process that transaction.
Any payment-gateway convenience fee and standard bank transaction charge applicable to your chosen payment method is disclosed at checkout and set out on our Fees page. These charges are levied by, and paid through to, the concerned bank or gateway partner on account of processing the transaction — they are not additional revenue retained by Zunno Bridge.
For any technical issue relating to a payment — a failed transaction, duplicate debit, refund delay or receipt discrepancy — please write to sales@odw.rocks with your transaction reference number, and we will coordinate with our gateway partner to resolve it.
Zunno Bridge Online classes are conducted through Google Classroom or Google Meet, depending on batch availability at the time of scheduling. Use of these platforms is also subject to Google's own terms of service. A stable internet connection and a compatible device are the student's/parent's responsibility.
Where a class is disrupted by a platform-level technical fault on Google's side (such as Meet outages, login issues or Classroom downtime), this arises directly from Google and is outside Zunno Bridge's control; such issues are governed by Google's own systems and support channels. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or otherwise make good a class that is materially disrupted for this reason, but we do not guarantee the uptime or performance of a third-party platform we do not operate.
We expect courteous, respectful conduct from students, parents and staff alike, both at our centres and in online classes. Zunno Bridge reserves the right to suspend or discontinue a student's access to classes in cases of abusive behaviour towards staff or other students, repeated disruption of a batch, or any conduct that compromises the safety of others — consistent with our Child Safety Policy.
All course material, worksheets, recorded classes, branding and the interactive learning games on this site (including but not limited to Circuit Spark, Fraction Pizza and the Salt Lab) are the intellectual property of ODW Inc.® and/or its content partner Alphabet Factory Inc.®, and are licensed to enrolled students solely for personal, non-commercial learning use. Reproduction, resale, public posting or redistribution of this material without prior written consent is not permitted.
Either party may discontinue the relationship at the end of a billing month, as described in Section 05. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to classes immediately in cases of non-payment, safety concerns, or a serious breach of these terms, without prejudice to fees already due.
We work hard to deliver consistent, high-quality teaching, but academic outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including a student's own effort, attendance and school environment; we do not guarantee specific grades, ranks or exam results. Our services are provided on an "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Zunno Bridge and ODW Inc.® shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of our services, including disruptions caused by third-party platforms (such as Google) or payment processors (such as our gateway and banking partners) that we do not own or control. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including in respect of the safety of a child in our care.
You agree to indemnify and hold Zunno Bridge and ODW Inc.® harmless from claims arising out of a breach of these terms, misuse of our platform or content, or information you provide that is inaccurate or misleading, save to the extent caused by our own negligence or wilful default.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection rights (including your right to approach the appropriate consumer forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019), any dispute arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana. We encourage families to first raise any concern with us directly so we can try to resolve it promptly and informally.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, curriculum partners, payment partners or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms; material changes affecting enrolled families will be communicated directly.
