How big are the batches, honestly?
Six students, capped, both online and at our centres. If a batch fills, we open a new slot rather than adding a seventh chair. It's the single biggest reason results move, and the one thing we never compromise.
Do you follow our school’s syllabus?
We teach to your child’s actual school syllabus and textbook, not a generic one. Share the school name and board at enrolment and we align chapter pacing to their school calendar, including internal exam dates. Our teachers are also briefed each term on board circulars, competency-based question formats and marking-scheme changes under NEP 2020.
Which boards do you support?
CBSE, ICSE, State Boards and Cambridge/IGCSE across Grades 1–12. For Grades 11–12 we cover Science, Commerce and Humanities subject combinations.
Can my child get one-to-one instead of a group?
Yes, at any grade and in either mode. For Grades 1 to 8 it's a monthly plan covering all subjects. For Grades 9 to 12 it's priced per subject, so you only pay for the ones that need it. Many families mix the two: a group for three subjects, one-to-one for the difficult one.
Timings & modes
Is 5 AM really practical for a child?
For many children yes, and it's entirely optional. The morning band works best for Grades 8 to 12 who revise better on a fresh brain and have packed evenings with sport or other coaching. Younger children usually take the 4–6 PM slot. You choose, and you can change any month.
Can we switch between centre and online?
Freely, and at no extra cost. It's the core idea behind Bridge. Attend the centre on weekdays and go online during exam week, travel or monsoon. Just tell us by the previous evening.
What if my child misses a class?
Online classes are recorded and free to rewatch for 90 days. For centre classes we either move your child to another slot that week or share the recording of the equivalent online batch. Nothing is lost.
We live abroad. Can we join?
Yes. We have families in the Gulf, Singapore and the UK. We schedule around your local evening rather than Indian time, so nobody studies at 2 AM.
Fees & joining
Is there a lock-in or joining fee?
Neither. Fees are billed monthly, there's no registration or material charge, and you can stop at the end of any month. The free week is genuinely free, and we don't collect payment details for it.
Are online classes cheaper than centre classes?
No, the fee is identical. What you pay for is how much of a teacher your child gets, not the room they sit in. A batch of six costs the same whether those six are around a table or on a screen, and a one-to-one class costs more in both modes because a teacher is dedicated entirely to your child for that hour. Keeping the fee the same is also what lets you switch modes any week at no cost.
Do you offer a sibling discount?
Yes. It's 15% off from the second child onwards, applied automatically every month.
What exactly is the Gap Test?
A free 90-minute diagnostic that traces backwards to find where the confusion began, frequently one or two grades below the current one. You receive a written map of the gaps and the plan to close them, along with our honest recommendation on group versus one-to-one. You keep all of it whether or not you enrol.
How quickly can we start?
Usually within a week. Call or WhatsApp us, take the Gap Test in the next day or two, then begin your free week with the next available batch in your chosen slot.
