Every decision at Zunno Bridge — from who teaches, to how a centre is run, to how an online class is set up — is made with one question first: is this safe for the child in front of us?
📅 Last updated: 29 July 2026Zunno Bridge exists to help children learn — and that is only possible if every child in our care, at a centre or online, feels safe, respected and protected. We are committed to preventing harm, responding promptly and seriously to any concern raised, and holding our staff to a standard that puts a child's wellbeing above everything else, including our own convenience.
This policy applies to Zunno Bridge as operated by ODW Inc.®, and to every adult who interacts with our students — teachers, centre staff, administrators and admissions team members.

A breach of this code results in immediate review and, where warranted, removal of the staff member's access to students and further action as appropriate, including reporting to the relevant authorities where the law requires it.
Zunno Bridge Online classes run on Google Classroom / Google Meet — platforms with their own built-in safety controls, which we configure and use as follows:
As Google is the underlying platform provider, its own safety and moderation tools govern the technical operation of each call; we encourage parents to also review Google's family safety resources.
We only use a photo, video clip or testimonial from a centre activity or online class in our marketing (website, brochures, social media) with the explicit, opt-in consent of the parent/guardian, obtained separately from general enrolment. You may decline this consent, or withdraw it later, at any time by writing to us — this has no bearing on your child's classes or standing with us.
We do not tolerate bullying, exclusion or unkindness between students in our batches, online or at a centre. Teachers are trained to notice and step in early, and any incident reported by a student or parent is looked into promptly, with the wellbeing of every child involved as the first priority.
If you, your child, or anyone else has a concern about a student's safety — involving a staff member, another student, or anything encountered through our centres or online classes — please tell us. You do not need proof to raise a concern; a genuine worry is reason enough for us to look into it.
Every concern is acknowledged promptly and looked into by our senior team, kept confidential to those who need to know in order to act on it. Where a concern indicates a possible offence against a child, we will act in accordance with the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 and other applicable Indian child-protection law, including reporting to the appropriate authorities where required.

In case of a medical emergency or safety incident at a centre, staff are trained to secure the student's immediate wellbeing first, contact the parent/guardian without delay, and involve emergency services or medical help where warranted. For an online class, if a safety concern arises during the session, the teacher will pause the class and inform the parent immediately.
Parents are our partners in keeping a child safe. We encourage you to talk to your child about their classes, to sit in on an online session whenever you'd like, to ask us anything about who is teaching your child, and to tell us immediately if something feels off — however small it may seem.
