How Zunno Bridge collects, uses, stores and protects the information of students, parents and visitors — across our centres, our online classes and this website.
📅 Last updated: 29 July 2026Zunno Bridge ("Zunno Bridge", "we", "us", "our") is an after-school tuition brand offering small-group and one-to-one classes for Grades 1–12 at our centres in Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam, and online from anywhere. Zunno Bridge is operated as a subsidiary brand of ODW Inc.® (www.OurDesignsWork.com), which is the corporate entity responsible for the operation of this platform.
Academic content available through Zunno Bridge — including worksheets, lesson plans, practice material and the interactive learning games on this site — is curated and reviewed by the independent subject-matter-expert panel of Alphabet Factory Inc.®, comprising industry practitioners, academicians and subject specialists. Alphabet Factory Inc. is engaged as our curriculum content partner and does not independently collect personal data from students or parents through this website.

It does not cover the practices of independent third-party services we link to or rely on for delivery — such as Google, WhatsApp, or our payment gateway partners — each of which maintains its own privacy policy, referenced in the relevant sections below.
We collect only what is reasonably necessary to enrol, teach, support and bill a student.

We do not sell personal information to third parties, and we do not use a student's academic data for advertising.
Most of our students are minors. We only collect a child's information with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian at enrolment, and all billing, contracts and communication of consequence are addressed to the parent/guardian, not the child directly.
Where we would like to use a photo or short clip from a centre activity or online session for marketing (such as our website or social media), we ask for the parent's explicit, opt-in consent beforehand. You may decline or withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us — it will not affect your child's enrolment in any way.

Our website includes a few interactive tools a student can use directly: Dream Lab (a short career-inspiration quiz) and the Learning Lab games — Circuit Spark, Fraction Pizza Kitchen and the Salt Lab. Because these are designed to be used by a child, we treat them carefully and differently from the rest of the site.

The Dream Lab consent checkbox is written in the first person for a parent to tick ("I am this child's parent/guardian, and I'm okay with…"), and the page explicitly asks a parent to fill in that section. Where a submission is received, we treat the parent's phone/email as the family's contact details for a routine admissions follow-up, in the same way as a callback request made through our Contact page — never for any other purpose.
If we engage a third-party form-processing service to receive Dream Lab submissions (for example, a service such as Formspree), that provider acts strictly as our data processor for the sole purpose of delivering the submission to our team, and does not use the data for its own purposes.
Separately from student and parent data, we also collect personal information from individuals who apply to teach or work with Zunno Bridge through our "Teach With Us" page and application form.
All fee payments made to Zunno Bridge are collected through a licensed, RBI-regulated payment aggregator. Depending on the mode of payment, this may route through Cashfree or HDFC Bank, or through Omniware or Federal Bank. We do not store your full card number, CVV or net-banking credentials on our own systems at any point — these are handled entirely within the payment gateway's secure, PCI-DSS compliant environment.
Payment gateway convenience fees and standard bank transaction charges (levied by the card network, UPI handle or bank, not by Zunno Bridge) are shown transparently at checkout and are detailed on our Fees page. These charges are collected on behalf of, and paid directly through to, the concerned bank or gateway partner — Zunno Bridge does not retain them as revenue.
If you notice an incorrect charge, a failed transaction that was still debited, or any other payment technicality, please write to sales@odw.rocks with your transaction reference and we, along with our gateway partner, will investigate.
Zunno Bridge Online classes are conducted through Google Classroom or Google Meet, depending on batch availability. When you join an online class, standard account and usage information is processed by Google under its own Google Privacy Policy, which we encourage parents to review. Class recordings made through Google Meet are used solely for teaching purposes — to let students revisit a missed class within our stated retention window — and are not made public.
Because these classes run on Google's infrastructure, any outage, login issue, or platform-level technical fault (for example, Meet connectivity, audio/video bugs, or Classroom downtime) originates with Google and is governed by Google's own systems and support channels, not Zunno Bridge's. We will always help troubleshoot and reschedule where a class is genuinely disrupted, but we cannot be responsible for the underlying performance of a third-party platform we do not own or control.
We use WhatsApp for admissions enquiries, our evening Doubt Line (where a student may photograph and share a homework problem for a teacher to answer), scheduling and general parent communication. When you message us on WhatsApp, your phone number and the content of that conversation — including any photo of schoolwork shared for the Doubt Line — are visible to the Zunno Bridge team member handling that conversation, and are subject to WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy as the platform provider. We use this information solely to respond to your query or provide the class-related help requested, and do not use it for marketing without separate consent.
This website uses essential cookies to function correctly (for example, to remember menu state) and standard analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful to visitors, so we can improve them. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to build advertising profiles of individual visitors. You can disable cookies through your browser settings at any time; some site features may not function as intended if you do so.
We take reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures — appropriate to the sensitivity of the data involved — to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, consistent with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the applicable Reasonable Security Practices rules under Indian law.
We retain personal and academic data for as long as a student is enrolled, and thereafter for a reasonable period to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, to resolve disputes, and to allow re-enrolment without re-collecting information from scratch. You may request earlier deletion, subject to Section 11.
Subject to applicable law — including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 once its provisions are notified and brought into force — you (or, for a minor, the parent/guardian) may:

Our systems and service providers, including Google's classroom infrastructure and our payment gateway partners, may store or process data on servers located in India or elsewhere. Where data is processed outside India, we rely on the security and contractual safeguards those providers maintain as part of their own compliance obligations.
Our website and communications may link to third-party services — Google Classroom/Meet, WhatsApp, payment gateway pages, or social media. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties; please review their respective policies independently.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our services, or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Material changes affecting enrolled families will be communicated directly.
